Notification Lister

Hot on the heals of the original theme release, a modified versioned called Padded Header is now available.

Padded Header is the same as the original, but the header is located in the padding (ie the strip across the top of the page) instead of with the main part of the page. This just gives you some extra design flexibility should you want it.
