I’ve just upgraded the Notification Lister Original theme and the NL Padded Header theme to WordPress 3.1 and I haven’t found any problems so they both appear to be compatible.

Notification Lister Themes compatible with Wordpress 2.9.1
Just in case you were wondering, I’ve tested the themes with the latest version of Wordpress – 2.9.1 and it is works just fine!
